Shipping Returns
The Dinosaur Store gladly accepts PAYPAL, VISA,
MasterCard, Discover
and American Express.
Credit card purchases
made through the website are processed through PayPal.
$100 Minimum order please for
shipping to destinations other than the continental USA. For shipment to
locations outside of the continental United States, you may not use online
payment. Because of the variation in shipping charges, you must e-mail or
call us and we will process a manual transaction.
If you do not feel confident providing a credit card
online, you may order directly over

SHIPPING. All small to medium weight orders are shipped UPS
ground or USPS Priority, unless an expedited service is requested. Extremely large
items must be crated are shipped using a freight service. All
shipments are FOB Cocoa Beach, Florida. We will confirm all shipping
charges when the order is placed. No COD orders please! Most
orders will ship within 2 business days of order placement. Sorry,
physical addresses only please. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. |

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES. Refunds or exchanges will be accepted
only on t-shirts, toys and books. These items must be unused and in
original packaging. No refunds will be issued for any shipping
charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges as
well. We strongly urge customers to insure all returned items
because refunds will not be issued for damaged or lost items. Please
call or e-mail for an authorization within 10 days of receipt of order before
returning the item(s).
All authentic,
one-of-a-kind, and fragile items, including replicas may not be returned
or exchanged. If you are ordering an item for a gift, please discuss
this refund policy with us first!
