The Adventure Zone is your hands-on hub for exploration and fun. Inside, all science stations and arcade games are set to free play—no extra tokens or fees—so families can move at their own pace and dive into discovery.
Then, head into the Reptile Run, where 25 live animals await. You might encounter baby and full-sized American alligators, various snakes, tortoises, and even frogs (yes, frogs are not technically reptiles).
When you’re ready to rest, the Movie Cave shows Prehistoric, a documentary featuring dinosaurs, ancient oceans, and animals from the Ice Age.
Interactive Adventures!
Level up your visit with two standout add-ons:
- The Nile Raft Ride — a carnival-style boat spin for up to six guests. Riders must be at least 40 inches tall and free of head, neck, or back injuries. The ride costs $14.95 + tax and is included for one run per group.
- Fossil and Mineral Panning — dig into our sluice and uncover real fossils and minerals to take home. Each bag is $14, and you’ll get help from our attendant in identifying your finds. Seasonally, gemstone panning (includes ruby, garnet) and our NEW Pirate Bag are offered at $26.
Birthday Parties
Turn a birthday into an unforgettable prehistoric celebration. We currently accept parties of up to 25 people (children + adults). Party packages include:
Exclusive Dig Site
Guests get private time in our excavation area, digging for fossils and minerals. Each participant keeps their discoveries.
Live Reptile Show
A guided show with our animal ambassadors, including gators, snakes, and tortoises. Interactive and educational.
Nile Raft Ride
Each guest receives one ride on the Nile Raft. A fun, spinning boat ride to complement your party experience.

Field Trips
Perfect for school groups, camps, and homeschool settings (kindergarten and up). A typical field trip includes:
- Free play in the arcade and science areas
- A live reptile show with up-close encounters
- Digging in the Excavation Site for authentic fossils and minerals, with take-home finds!
