The Museum of Dinosaurs and Ancient Cultures welcomes groups, schools, and private parties with curated, docent-guided tours through our extensive exhibits. Our approach aligns lessons with grade-level standards and emphasizes STEM learning to make each visit both educational and memorable. Field trips are recommended for third grade and up. Museum FieldTrip

Field Trips 

When you bring your class or group to the Dinosaur Store, the experience extends beyond a typical museum visit. During an Adventure Zone field trip, participants enjoy educational free play in the arcade, a private reptile show featuring animal ambassadors, and excavation time in the Excavation Site, where everyone can dig and take home authentic fossils and minerals.
To book a field trip, call (321) 783-7300. Email reservations are not accepted. Each trip is customized to fit your group’s needs, ensuring a tailored experience.

Private Events 

Looking for a distinctive venue for your next gathering? The museum can host private events, with docent-led tours designed around your group’s interests. Whether you’re organizing a corporate outing, a club event, or a themed gathering, we can blend museum access with Adventure Zone features like games, science stations, reptile interactions, and exhibits.

Birthday Parties 

Birthday parties at the Adventure Zone are currently limited to 22 guests or fewer (including children and adults).

A standard party package includes:

  • Exclusive use of the Egyptian Excavation Site for 30 minutes
  • Adventure Zone admission for all guests
  • A host/guide for the duration of the party
  • One ride on the Nile Raft Ride per child
  • Reptile show, free play in all games and science stations
  • Cold drinks and paper products
  • Guests may bring their own cake or cupcakes (no sticky items allowed)
  • Roughly 2½ hours of total party time (including 30-minute excavation)
  • Additional party time may be added with a surcharge
  • Fossil Option add-on (approx. 5 additional pounds of authentic material)
  • Mineral Panning option at additional cost, and Wild Nile Raft Ride upgrades available
